How big is my tree going to grow?

What trees do you have available for pick up?

If the tree is on our website, it is available for pick up.  Our inventory is updated daily.

Is delivery or shipping available?

No.  Curbside is for customer pick up.

​

Where do I go to pick up my order?

The curbside address on our website will bring you to Twin Lakes Nursery Freight entrance.  From there someone with the loading crew will guide you to the curbside pick up location.  (Link to TLN Freight entrance)

Can I return my order or a tree I don't use?

No.  All sales are final.

​

Do the trees I purchase have a warranty?

No.  If during the pick up process you are not liking the tree(s) or you see something wrong, you have the option to decline tree(s) before they are loaded.  There are many factors that can contribute to the tree(s) failure once it leaves the farm.

Can I place my order over the phone?

No.  All curbside orders are placed through our website.

​

Can I speak to a sales representative?

No.  Unfortunately, at this time we do not have a sales representative for curbside pickup.

What do I need to have with me to pick up my tree(s)?

You need to have a trailer that can handle the approximate weight.  You need a tarp or shade cloth, a tree rack, and straps or twine.

Can you guarantee a specific size?

We update our inventory daily with current specifications of caliper, height, and spread.  You can expect the items you order to be in range listed on our website.

 Order Questions

Can I add or remove a tree from my order?

Adding a tree requires a new order.  You cannot add a tree(s) to an existing order. 

If you would like to remove a tree(s) from your order, let the loading crew know which tree you do not want.  Your credit card will not be charged.

How can I get a copy of my invoice/receipt?

Once your order is complete you will get an order confirmation emailed to you.  This confirmation has quantity of tree(s) purchased and price.  The total will not be charged to your credit card until tree(s) are picked up.  A copy of your credit card receipt will be emailed to you.  Please contact info@twinlakesnurseryltd.com with any questions.

Can I pick out the trees I want?

No.  Our team has already selected the material available and shared on our website.  If the tree is damaged or not to posted specifications let the loading crew know not to load.  You have the option to decline before loaded.
